Here at Touchwood, we have a wealth of experience in either individual residential or commercial property, block, and portfolio insurance reinstatement cost valuations.  For example, we have been actively involved in valuing residential blocks for a number of Managing Agents who are then able to pass on the savings in premiums to their tenants.  Equally under-valued buildings will fall short of any future insurance claims.  We are able to access the rebuild cost and give a true reflection.
